Crawford Post Production, a service area of Crawford Communications, Inc. and the largest post-production operation in the Southeast, has hired colorist Jeff Bauman to join Crawford’s team of artists. Bauman brings to Crawford more than 8 years of experience in the film and video industry. He runs the Spirit Datacine suite performing film-to-tape and tape-to-tape transfer, color correction and color enhancement for standard and high definition projects.
Throughout his career, Bauman has transferred countless commercials, music videos and documentaries
. His recent work includes national and international spots for Radio Shack, Honda, Lincoln-Mercury, Hallmark, Sprint, PETCO and a spot for Mitsubishi featuring rocker Jon Bon Jovi.
Originally from upstate New York, Bauman attended Emerson College in Boston before moving to Los Angeles. Bauman cut his teeth working at Los Angeles creative shops like Riot, Four Media Company and Modern Video Film. Now ready to be back on the East coast closer to his family, Bauman made the long drive from L.A. to Atlanta with his girlfriend and their rescued dog Riley, stopping at the Grand Canyon and Graceland along the way.
