Panavision Inc. and its affiliate, PX Holding Corporation, have acquired all of the outstanding stock of Panavision New York not already owned by Panavision Inc. As a result, Panavision New York has become a subsidiary of Panavision Inc
. Peter Schnitzler and Ira Goodman, Panavision New York’s President and CFO respectively, will continue in their current positions.
Panavision New York rents both camera systems and lighting equipment. The lighting division, known as TFN lighting, has facilities in New York, Florida and Dallas, Texas. Future plans include re-branding the lighting operations under the Panavision name.
