AlphaDogs, Inc., a post-production studio, will host its June Editors' Lounge event in association with Quantel.
The Editors' Lounge will be at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 25, and is free and open to editors. At the event, Lucas Wilson of Quantel will demonstrate and discuss the company's eQ system, which the company calls “a completely new post-production editing workhorse.” Designed for online finishing, effects editing and as a hub system, eQ delivers state-of-the-art productivity and quality for HD and SD applications.
During the Editors' Lounge, Wilson will focus on such topics as:

· 4:4:4 HD RGB & HDCAM SR
· The Media Hub with QXML & Qshare
United Kingdom-based Quantel has been at the forefront of digital technology as a creative tool for 30 years, and is now using its experience to create tools for the new digital age—from terrestrial and multi-channel television, to broadband internet, DVD and D-cinema.
