Coming up on June 30, 2004 is the next meeting for the SF Cutters. This month they will be offering a close up view of the new motion graphics application from Apple, called Motion.
Motion is the only motion graphics package with real-time previews, procedural behavior animation and Final Cut Pro HD integration. Apple’s high-performance motion graphic design and production application lets you explore new creative territory using self-propelled behavior animation, character-by-character title animation and a powerful new interface. Motion integrates seamlessly with Final Cut Pro HD and DVD Studio Pro 3, making it quicker and easier than ever to create motion graphics for film, video and DVDs.
Dion Scoppettuolo, the Product Manager for Motion will present at this month's meeting
. He'll be able to show you some of the finer features of the program, as well as answer any burning questions you have about this stunning, new program.
Bring for "Show and Tell;" please limit your reels to 3 minutes and on mini-DV only. The meeting will also host its usual "Tech Talk" and networking sessions.
The fun starts at 6:30 with our networking social and the meeting will officially begin right at 7PM. Come to the Tao of Mac, which is located at 689 3rd Street, between Brannan and Townsend Streets in San Francisco. It is located near SBC Park and the Caltrain Station, and is reachable by Muni lines 10. 15, 30 and 45.
