Peachpit announced that Academy award-winning film editor Walter Murch and author Charles Koppelman will be touring this December to promote the recently released book, "Behind the Seen: How Walter Murch Edited Cold Mountain Using Apple's Final Cut Pro and What This Means for Cinema."

Film editor and sound designer Walter Murch will be delivering the keynote address at DV Expo beginning at 6:00 p.m. Following the keynote, Murch will give a presentation as part of the Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group's annual "big show" at 7:00 p.m

Boston, December 14, 2004
Charles Koppelman, author of Behind the Seen, will be presenting at the Boston Final Cut Pro User Group's "HD in Motion" event. Koppelman will discuss the book, which offers an inside look at Murch's creative process working on Cold Mountain.
Connecticut, December 15, 2004
Koppelman will also present on his book Behind the Seen and his experience working with Murch at the Connecticut Final Cut Pro User Group. The event starts at 6:30 p.m.
