DV Expo East Offering Apple Pro Certification

CMP's DV Expo East is offering the opportunity to become an Apple Certified Pro at this year's show (July 17-21 at the Jacob Javits Center in NYC) and learn about the latest in digital video technology. Those registered for the Apple Certification Courses will also be eligible to attend all conferences and have access to the exhibition floor - normally valued between $299 and $599 - at no additional cost. The conferences offered include Audio Post Workshop, Introduction to Motion Graphics, and Legal Landmines for Video Producers & Digital Filmmakers to name a few.

These Apple certification courses will give you a competitive edge in the digital production job market, no matter if you’re an editor, film maker, composer, special effects artist, sound designer or web developer. Apple training tools will help you expand both your knowledge and your skills

1. DVD Studio Pro 4 Certification with Full Conference Package: $1,099
· 2-day certification course
· Offers everything needed to get up and running with this powerful DVD authorizing software
· Apple Pro certification exam available

2. Final Cut Pro 5 Certification with Full Conference Package: $1,099
· 3-day certification course
· First course offered using Final Cut Pro 5 book & it will be co-taught with book’s author, Diana Weynand
· Apple Pro certification exam available

3. Final Cut Pro 5 & DVD Studio Pro 4 Certification with Full Conference Package: $2,198
· 5-day certification training
· Both Apple Pro certification exams available
