Postique announced the opening of a second audio post suite and the arrival of three new Fairlight DREAM Constellation consoles at both Postique and at sister division, hdstudios.
Postique brought acoustic designer Glenn Brown and fabricator Ken Capton on board to complete the suite. Together, Brown and Capton have designed and built recording studios for names including Eminem, Kid Rock and DJ Carl Craig.
Both suites at Postique and Audio Post 1 at hdstudios have been upgraded with the latest technology from Fairlight, the DREAM Constellation. The Constellation is a complete digital audio system offering the functionality of 48-track recording and editing with a fully-automated comprehensive 5.1 mixing system. Fairlight’s QDC technology and Binnacle editing capability is the fastest, most powerful system in the industry
. The Postique suites in Southfield and hdstudios suites in Farmington Hills suites are interconnected via a GigE (Dark Fiber) fiber-optic network to provide additional audio/video capabilities, more efficient file sharing and a seamless workflow.
