DR Consulting, a technology consulting resource for the media and entertainment industries, has recently completed a new Final Cut Pro facility for distance-learning development company, Intelecom. Nathan Adams, of DR Consulting, worked with DR's technology department to conceive, design and install audio and video elements of Intelecom's fully integrated machine room and link the machine room to the creative workstations.
The goal of the facility is to enable Intelecom to create and edit course materials in-house, saving time and money
. The new facility also allows for future expansion of additional edit systems sharing high definition content.
Led by company founder and digital entertainment expert Lowell Kay, DR
Consulting handles all aspects of facility planning from advising on hardware and software systems to developing electrical strategies to logistical wiring and installation. DR Consulting has designed facilities for other media and entertainment industry clients including MOJO LLC, Horse TV, Andy Garcia Productions and Gas Station Zebra.
