On June 19, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden married Daniel Westling. Swedish national broadcaster SVT provided coverage of the royal wedding festivities in Stockholm, including the wedding ceremony itself at Storkyrkan. The wedding was attended by heads of state from across Europe and others, with a guest list exceeding 1,000 people.

	Cutting the Cake

SVT rented one HD OB truck from Mediatec Broadcast Sweden to cover the events on the eve of the wedding and three additional trucks for the formal wedding ceremony.

The SVT crew employed Grass Valley LDK 8000 Elite HD cameras, with more than 60 cameras covering the event. Grass Valley provided on-site support for Mediatec.

The OB trucks were equipped with Grass Valley Kayenne XL production switchers, Trinix routers and GeckoFlex modular equipment.
